If you’re searching for a mindset coach in Gurgaon, you’re probably at a point where something in your business, or in the way you’re running it, doesn’t feel quite right. Maybe growth has stalled. Maybe it’s growing, but you’re exhausted. Maybe you simply know you’re capable of more. I’m a mindset coach and speaker based in Gurugram, and in this post I’ll explain what mindset coaching looks like here, who it’s for and how to choose the right coach for you.

Why I work with business owners in Gurugram and Delhi NCR

Gurugram is full of ambition. Corporate towers, start-ups, family businesses expanding into new markets, women building companies of their own. I see that energy every day. I’ve run my own events business, WOW Events, since 2008, and I co-founded WOWOS, a community for business owners. Our office is at Imperia Mindspace in Gurugram.

That ambition comes with pressure. Long commutes, high costs, fast-moving markets and the constant comparison that comes with being surrounded by success. Many owners here are doing well on paper and still feel stretched, stuck or unsure of the next step. That’s where mindset coaching helps.

What a mindset coach in Gurgaon actually works on

Mindset coaching is about the person running the business: the thinking, beliefs and habits behind your decisions. With business owners, the work usually centres on:

  • Clarity: knowing what you want the business to give you, and what to stop doing.
  • Beliefs: noticing the inner rules that shape pricing, delegation, risk and visibility.
  • Presence and confidence: how you show up with clients, investors and your team.
  • Resilience: recovering faster from difficult months without losing your footing.
  • Leadership: moving from doing everything yourself to leading people who can.

I’ve written more about this in what a mindset coach actually does for business owners.

How I’m trained

People often ask about NLP. I trained with NLP School London, and that training informs how I listen and how I help people notice and change unhelpful patterns in language and behaviour. My approach also draws on training with Dr Joe Dispenza, on how the mind and body respond to change, and Dan Martell, on how business growth depends on the person leading it.

Beyond one-to-one work, I deliver mindset training for corporate teams. Organisations I’ve worked with include the Times Group, Aditya Birla Group, Emami, Star Group and Adani Cement, where I ran a two-day programme for 250 women with brand2people in 2026. I’ve also spoken at Bennett University, GIWA and the WOWOS QBR.

Who mindset coaching is for

You might find coaching useful if:

  • You own or run a business in Gurugram or Delhi NCR and feel the business has outgrown the way you’re managing it.
  • You keep postponing an important decision.
  • You’re a woman leader balancing a business, a team and a family, and want to lead with more calm and confidence.
  • You’ve had a setback and want to rebuild your footing.
  • You lead a team and want them to be more resilient and accountable.

Coaching isn’t therapy. If you’re dealing with mental-health concerns, a qualified therapist or doctor is the right first step.

How to choose a mindset coach in Gurgaon

Whoever you choose, I’d suggest checking a few things:

  • Relevant experience: has the coach worked with people like you? If you run a business, a coach who understands business from the inside will get up to speed faster.
  • Clear training: ask where they trained and how it shapes their work. A good coach is open about this.
  • Practical approach: every session should leave you with something you can use.
  • Honest boundaries: they should be clear about what coaching can and can’t do.
  • Fit: have a conversation first. You should feel comfortable and appropriately challenged.

An illustrative example

This is an illustrative example, not a real client. Imagine a second-generation owner in Gurugram who has taken over her father’s distribution business. She’s modernising systems, but every change triggers guilt and second-guessing: “Am I disrespecting how things were built?” Coaching gives her space to separate respect for the legacy from fear of change, and to plan conversations with family and long-standing staff. The business decisions become easier once the inner conflict is named.

Exercise: the three-question check-in

Whether or not you work with a coach, try this simple weekly check-in. It takes ten minutes, ideally on a Sunday evening or Monday morning.

  • Question 1: “What drained my energy most in the business this week, and what was I telling myself about it?”
  • Question 2: “Where did I play small: avoid a conversation, undercharge, hold back an idea?”
  • Question 3: “What is one action next week that the most confident version of me would take?”
  • Then: put that one action in your calendar with a specific time.

After four weeks, read your answers together. Patterns will appear, and those patterns are where the real work is. Be patient with yourself; noticing is already progress.
